Fisher's Response to COVID-19

As a global company, we are continually monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very closely, we wanted to reach out and share the actions Fisher Manufacturing is taking to keep us safe and clean for our employees and the community at large. We are committed to delivering the Fisher Manufacturing experience you know and an environment that promotes and protects the well-being of all.

Taking care of our customers
As of today, we are still under normal business operations. Our Customer Satisfaction Team is fully staffed and is handling phone calls at (800) 421-6162 and e-mails sent to customer@fisher-mfg.com. Our order fulfillment and shipping schedules are still being handled usually within 48 hours. Our manufacturing and assembly are continuing to produce at our normal production rates. Because most of our manufacturing is done in California, we don’t anticipate any changes in inventory, nor production in the foreseeable future.

We are equally committed to taking care of our employees
Being an 82-year-old family owned company, you can imagine how important our employees are as we think of them as an extension of our own family. Their safety and mental/health wellness are at our utmost concern at this time. We have instructed any employee who feels sick to not come into work. We are following the latest, guidance from local, state and federal health officials, including the CDC recommendations on sanitation practices including the following:

  • All non-essential meetings are canceled till further notice.
  • Any essential meetings will follow CDC guidelines.
  • Sanitizers have been and will continued to be placed at all doors, work areas and lunchrooms.
  • Keypads will be wiped down with antiseptic cloths hourly.
  • Door handles will be wiped down with antiseptic cloths hourly.
  • All air travel, outside activities, conferences and trainings are halted until further notices.

While we are in an area of unknown with this virus, we do know this. Currently we are still operating under regular conditions and stand by to handle your orders accordingly, and as always, we are appreciative of our partnership with you. We also know that this country is an incredibly strong country and we will get through this situation. Please know that our family is thinking of your family and our thoughts and prayers are with you always.
